Tutorial on Coupled Atmosphere--Ocean Simulations

Two examples are used to show how to run the coupled solver on ring@ucsd.edu. The Red Sea region
case is to demonstrate how to generate new cases. The California region case is to demonstrate how
to run the coupled-solver based on existing MITgcm and WRF cases.
